Personalized pieces are engraved to order and can't be returned — they're made for one person. If a piece arrives damaged, or the engraving isn't what you entered, tell us within 5 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. Anything not personalized can be returned within 14 days, as long as it's new and still in its packaging.
