Q: How does personalization work?
A: When you add an item to your cart, you'll see fields to enter your custom name and date. Our artisans will hand-engrave your details onto the piece before shipping.

Q: What personalization can I add?
A: You can add a name and a date to most of our products. If you have a special request (Hebrew text, a specific message, etc.), please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Can I see a preview before you engrave?
A: For standard orders, we engrave based on the details you provide. For custom or complex orders, we can send a digital proof before production. Just request this when placing your order.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Personalized items typically take 5-10 business days to produce before shipping. Rush orders may be available — please contact us.

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship throughout the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs vary by order size and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — check our current promotions.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a personalized item?
A: Because our items are custom engraved with your name and date, we cannot accept returns on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or with an engraving error. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at bhashem.us@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Q: Can you help with bulk orders for events?
A: Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and more. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us for a quote.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! We offer elegant gift packaging options. You can add gift wrapping during checkout.
