Ordering & Personalization

Q: How does personalization work? A: When you add an item to your cart, you'll see fields to enter your custom name and date. Our artisans will hand-engrave your details onto the piece before shipping.

Q: What personalization can I add? A: You can add a name and a date to most of our products. If you have a special request (Hebrew text, a specific message, etc.), please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Can I see a preview before you engrave? A: For standard orders, we engrave based on the details you provide. For custom or complex orders, we can send a digital proof before production. Just request this when placing your order.

Q: How long does production take? A: Fast. Personalization — a name, a family name, a date — is engraved and packed within 24 hours. For a large custom or bulk order, contact us and we'll give you a date before you order.

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship? A: We ship within the United States only — all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping is free on orders over $150 within the United States. Below that you'll see the exact cost at checkout, calculated from your address.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: You choose the speed at checkout. Express arrives in up to 2 business days, standard in up to 5. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a personalized item? A: A piece engraved with your name is made for you alone, so it can't come back — unless it arrives damaged or the engraving isn't what you entered. Anything not personalized can be returned within 14 days, new and in its packaging. Please double-check your spelling before you order.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: Send us a photo within 5 days of delivery, at bhashem.us@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Gifts & Special Events

Q: Can you help with bulk orders for events? A: Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and more. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us for a quote.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping? A: Yes. Add a gift note in your bag and tell us there that you'd like it wrapped, or message us on WhatsApp before you order — either way it arrives ready to give.
