Who you are buying from

These terms apply to orders placed with B'shem Hashem, an online-only Judaica studio in South Florida. We sell and ship within the United States only.

Orders & personalization

Personalized pieces are engraved exactly as you type them. Please check the spelling carefully — in Hebrew or in English — before you order, because we engrave what you write, not what we think you meant.

If something in your order is unclear to us, we will contact you before we make it rather than guess.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include the personalization. Shipping is free on orders over $150; below that, the cost is calculated from your address at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.

Production & shipping

Personalized pieces are engraved and ready to ship within 24 hours. You choose the shipping speed at checkout: express arrives in up to 2 business days, standard in up to 5. Larger custom and bulk orders are quoted a date before you order.

Returns

Personalized pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive damaged, or the engraving is not what you entered. Send us a photo within 5 days of delivery and we will replace the piece at no cost.

Anything that was not personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is new and still in its original packaging.

Intellectual property

All designs are original works of B'shem Hashem and may not be reproduced, resold or manufactured without our written permission.
