Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA Only) We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time:

  • Personalized items are engraved and ready to ship within 24 hours
  • Larger custom and bulk orders: contact us and we'll give you a date

Shipping Methods: You choose the speed at checkout:

  • Standard shipping: up to 5 business days
  • Express shipping: up to 2 business days

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that, the exact cost is calculated from your address at checkout.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns Policy

Personalized Items: A piece engraved with a name, a family name or a date is made for one person, so we cannot accept it back — unless:

  • It arrived damaged, or
  • The engraving is not what you entered

Non-Personalized Items: Anything that was not personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is new and still in its original packaging. Contact us and we'll start the return.

Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 5 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.
