Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time:
- Standard personalized items: 5-10 business days for production
- Rush orders: Contact us for availability and pricing

Shipping Methods:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days after production (additional cost)

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns Policy

Personalized Items:
Because all of our products are custom engraved with your name and date, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- There is an error in the engraving (different from what you entered)

Non-Personalized Items:
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement.
