Who we are
B'shem Hashem is an online-only Judaica studio in South Florida. We sell and ship within the United States only. You can reach us any time at bhashem.us@gmail.com, on 561-579-3459, or on WhatsApp.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the personalization text you ask us to engrave.
Your payment details never reach us. Checkout is handled by our payment provider, which processes the card directly; we only see that the order was paid.
If you join our mailing list we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
How we use it
- To make and ship your order, including engraving the text you gave us
- To send you order confirmations and shipping updates
- To answer you when you contact us
- To send occasional emails about new pieces and holiday collections — only if you asked for them, and there is an unsubscribe link in every one
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone except the services that are needed to complete your order: our payment provider and the delivery carrier.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work — remembering what is in your bag and which pieces you saved to your wishlist. That information stays in your own browser.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bhashem.us@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page.
